Turkey, Spain, and Morocco have emerged as some of the most affordable destinations in Europe for package and all-inclusive holidays, based on a recent analysis of nearly 6,000 holidays available for booking in August. The study identified the most budget-friendly locations across 13 European countries, offering insights for travelers seeking value-packed summer getaways.

Budget-Friendly Standard Packages

For those opting for standard packages—ranging from room-only and self-catering to B&B and half-board—the Dalaman region of Turkey was found to be the most affordable. The average cost of a seven-night package was approximately £859 per person. Known for its picturesque landscapes and iconic Blue Lagoon, Oluz Deniz was highlighted as a particularly budget-friendly spot, with packages averaging £834 per person.

Agadir, Morocco, ranked as the second most affordable destination, with a cost of £889 per person, followed by Bulgaria’s Bourgas area at £904 per person. Other noteworthy destinations included:

• Venetian Riviera, Italy: £965
• Corfu, Greece: £984
• Costa Brava, Spain: £986
• Antalya, Turkey: £988

Affordable All-Inclusive Getaways

All-inclusive holidays, which typically cover food, drinks, accommodation, and flights, also offered excellent value in several locations. Spain emerged as a leading destination, claiming five of the top ten spots for affordability. Costa Blanca topped the list, with an average cost of £1,113 per person. Fuerteventura and Tenerife followed closely, priced at £1,146 and £1,189 per person, respectively.

Other destinations featured in the list of affordable all-inclusive packages included:

The Canary Islands, with their milder summer temperatures thanks to Atlantic breezes, proved popular for travelers seeking relief from mainland Europe’s heat.
